The story

Twinsun used to live in peace.

Four species lived side by side on a tiny planet warmed by two suns. Then Dr. FunFrock invented cloning and teleportation. A few years later, he ran everything.

You're Twinsen, a model citizen turned fugitive. Grab the Magic Ball, cross the islands, crack the puzzles in your way and fight whatever FunFrock sends at you. New to the series or back after thirty years, you'll feel at home.

What's new

Faithful to the original.

We kept what made LBA special and gave it a fresh coat: new art, reworked levels, redesigned controls and rearranged music.

New art direction

Every island has been redrawn, from the red canyons to the snowy peaks. Bold shapes, warm colors and lots of small details.

A better Magic Ball

It bounces, you aim, it comes back. Lock onto a target and chain your throws. FunFrock's clones won't enjoy it.

Reworked levels

We reshaped the islands so exploring flows better, and redesigned the controls.

A story that still hits

It's about love, rebellion and standing up to a dictator when everyone else looks away. Thirty years on, it hasn't aged a day.

Music by the original composer

Philippe Vachey, who scored the 1994 game, revisits his original themes with new arrangements.

Patch 1.1.3: The Missing Temple

The second part of the Temple of Bù is back, so the temple is now 50% bigger. That one took a while to get right. Also in there: TAB opens the inventory, the D-pad works in menus, plus a batch of fixes. It's our first patch as our own publisher.
